Please read the land covenant completely.
HOW TO RENT
1. Contact Mili Miklos or Fill in the RENTAL FORM. We will contact you as soon as possible to understand your needs.​​

2. Await confirmation of your lease. An access to the rental office will be given to go pay your rental box.

We reserve the right to refuse to rent or terminate a lease if your products do not fit with the surrounding environment and overall aesthetic of the region or for any other reasons.

Copyright infringement will not be tolerated at all.

RULES

The land will be yours to do as you please as long as you pay the fees and follow the simple rules listed in this covenant.

If tier payment is overdue for 7 days, the land will be reclaimed without further notice.
​

Lands are for commercial use only.

Parcels cannot be resold.
​

If you choose to use your own build, we reserve the right to approve or deny it to ensure the theme and feel of the sim.

Your exterior decoration needs to fit with the sim theme and with good taste. We reserve the right to ask you to remove them if they show it otherwise.

Sky box allowed over 1000 meters.
​

You must respect other residents and follow common sense with dealing with your neighbors.

Do not have auto-return on as it returns decor and other essential prims.
​

We recommended that you do not turn off flying on your land but it is not mandatory. And that you don't forget the land with rezz open to anyone to avoid griefers

Never return sim decorations unless discussed with staff.

Never return missqwerty Pevensey's prims.
​

​We reserve the right to modify the covenant at any time.
​

We reserve the right to refuse rental to someone.
​

We reserve the right to reclaim the land for covenant violations.

On satellites, we ask that tenants do not use MO group for spam, do not use group invites that have range or use items outside the building.
